Refund Policies

Refund policies for each program are listed below. If you have any questions about these policies please contact the club treasurer.

Boys Registration

Evaluation Fee is NON-REFUNDABLE *Player Development ONLY Fees - NON REFUNDABLE * Team Wyoming Fees: Team Wyoming fee is ONLY refundable if you are not selected for a team. **If NOT selected to a team, you will be refunded the $500 TW fee ***No refunds if a player makes a team and decides not to play. ****If selected to a team the $500 will be considered the first installment payment for the 2025-’26 season.
